Bureau of HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control Mission Statement
The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is the grantee for the New York Eligible Metropolitan Area (EMA) Ryan White Part A grant award. The EMA includes the five boroughs of New York City and the counties of Westchester, Rockland and Putnam. The Department of Health and Mental Hygiene contracts with two agencies to administer the Part A funds. Public Health Solutions contracts and administers the New York City programs. The Westchester County Department of Health (WCDOH) contracts and administers the programs in Westchester, Rockland and Putnam counties.
